Shibuya Restaurants - Fujimamas Closed.

Fujimamas, which I recommended a couple weeks ago, has sadly closed their shop in Harajuku, Shibuya-Ku.  The failing world economy and rent price was probably too much to handle.  They are still open for parties and catering until May 31st.

This Shibuya staple was a major spot for ex-pats and tourists who wanted a decent meal in Tokyo, and I am sad to see it go.  Since 1998 Fujimamas had been serving up excellent and moderately priced meals throughout the day.
